VICE PRESIDENT - INVESTOR RELATIONS

EXPERIENCE: 10+ Yrs

LOCATION: MUMBAI

INDUSTRY: BFS/ Banking/ Financial Services/ NBFC

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Manage the Gross investment return (- GIR- ) as % of opening portfolio value

a. Manage Investment rates or quality of new investments

b. Manage impact timing of exits and cash returns

c. Manager Operational performance in the portfolio companies impacting earnings growth and exit plans

2) Cash realisations

a. Support returns to shareholders, as well as ability to invest in new opportunities

b. Generate Private Equity from proceeds of disposal and refinancing of assets

c. Manage special dividend following the divestments of holdings

d. Residual Debt Management of investments

3) Cash investment

a. Identifying new opportunities in which to invest proprietary capital to deliver attractive returns and invest further capital in existing investments.

b. Be aware of competitive challenges from other private equity and infrastructure investors, as well as trade and other financial buyers, to optimize sourcing of investments at prices that will meet return targets

c. Maintain and develop our network of advisers and business leaders to maintain quality of potential deal flow

4) Operating cash profit/(loss)

a. Covering the cash operating cost of running business with cash income to reduce the potential dilution of capital returns.

b. Optimize Portfolio performance, and therefore portfolio income

c. Optimize private equity structure to generate interest and dividend income

5) Net Asset Value (- NAV- ) per share dollar

a. The measure of the fair value per share of our proprietary investments after the net cost of operating the business.

b. Manage going geo-political uncertainty to boost investor sentiment

c. Generate strong GIR from Private Equity

6) Total shareholder return (- TSR- ) %

a. Optimize return to shareholders through the movement in the share price and dividends paid during the year.

b. Increase NAV due to investment strong performance while managing political and economic uncertainty

c. Increase Investor appetite for shares in a volatile macro-economic environment:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN:

a. Managing stakeholder demands

b. Maintaining transparency and investor trust

c. Managing shareholder activism

d. Communicating strategic changes and initiatives

e. Disclosing challenges and headwinds

f. Building relationship trust and candor

g. Demonstrated experience in 360 degree stakeholder intelligence, employee engagement, cognitive insights, real time performance management capabilities,

h. Manage effectiveness of Investor Relations: Business Analytics, Internal Communications, Governance, IR Process, Reporting, Systems, Compliance and Audit, IT Enablement, Performance Management, Process Effectiveness

i. Use operational intelligence to provide actionable insights

j. Experience in managing issue based feedback and sentiment from stakeholders,

a. Performance Results, Strategy and Planning, People and Leadership, Customer Focus and Innovation, Execution and Process, Analytics and Insights, Technology and Digital Transformation
