Position / Qualifications Overview:

Seeking a seasoned professional to the team to build the Enterprise Software (B2B SaaS) domain.

- Designation - Vice President, Investments.

- Years of work experience - 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.

- Profile - Prior SaaS) sector experience is a must. Strong preference for candidates with B2B SaaS experience in a venture capital or private equity firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing investments, conducting due diligence, and driving strategic initiatives to maximize returns.

- Academic credentials - Technology graduate and MBA from a top-tier institute.

Location - Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the investment process from sourcing opportunities to executing deals, including conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiation of terms.

- Evaluate investment opportunities in the technology SaaS sector, analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and growth potential.

- Collaborate with portfolio companies to provide strategic guidance and support in areas such as business development, operations, and fundraising.

- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, founders, and other stakeholders in the startup ecosystem.

- Manage a team of investment professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and oversight to drive performance and achieve objectives.

- Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies, identifying opportunities for value creation and risk mitigation.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics to inform investment decisions and strategy.
