Vice President - Investments & Risk Management - BFS

- Scouting for the Lead role in Investments domain of on of the top ARC Company which is one of India's largest & fastest growing ARC's in India, focused on acquisition & resolution of stressed assets. Base location would be Mumbai.

- The role has 2 aspects - Asset Management and Risk Management

- On Asset Management side the incumbent would be involved in ideation and execution of resolution strategies which could involve restructuring, enforcement, one time settlement scenarios etc.

- On Risk Management the incumbent would be involved in developing risk management strategies including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, measure, manage, and report risk. To ensure that the business models remain viable, adequately ring-fenced and sustainable.

- Attending to ad hoc requirements such as facilitating RBI inspection, credit rating of ACRE, mid office and accounts related work etc.

- Managing the assigned portfolio through adoption of various resolution or recovery strategies and generating the desired return on the investments made by the company
