The management plans to set up its NBFC arm to tap the plethora of opportunities available for secured lending in addition to investments into stressed assets for turn-around, PE/venture capital funding and other attractive investment opportunities. - Position is based at Delhi and is needed urgently. - Management has ambitious growth plans on the anvil for this venture. This is top management cadre position. The position reports to the MD. Expected salary: 40 - 48 lakhs per annum The KRAs include: Strategic business planning : - Investment across all categories of opportunities viz. Stressed Assets, Secured/Unsecured SME Loans, PE/Venture Funding etc. - Spearhead Trading & Portfolio Management Strategy - Equity research, financial modeling and valuation - Mapping key trends in Equity / Debt markets - Economy, industry and sector analysis Desired Skills and Experience: - 12-18 years in Financial Services/Fintech/NBFC - Highly intuitive as well as analytical - Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills - High execution centricity
