- Should be a corporate finance / consulting professional with 8-12 year work ex  - Have experience of working on M&A transactions for listed companies  - Have an excellent understanding of various regulatory matters related to pricing, procedure, SEBI Takeover Code, open offer etc.  - Should have proven abilities in deal execution as well as deal sourcing  - Be able to engage closely with promoters and management teams of clients  - Be able to lead discussions during meetings / calls with clients  - Be a top-quartile performer in current employment  - Have a track record of successfully working on and closure of mandates  - Be a team-player  - Role would be based out of Mumbai and would involve travel.
