Qualification:CA, MBA/MMS Finance or CFA

Experience: Must Have 7 Years Experience in Loan Syndication or Private Equity Field

Role & Responsibility:

1. Information Memorandum (IM Preparation)

2. Financial Modelling - All Aspects (Projections, CMA, Balance Sheet Analysis, Valuation

3. Valuation - Business (DCF models etc.)

4. Must have concluded at least 7 successful deals in loan syndication

5. Good Contacts in the Financial Industry - Banks, NBFC's, PE Funds etc.

6. Excel, Power Point etc.
