VP Investment Banking (Commercial)

- The successful candidate will be required to oversee and manage a team of individuals covering Collateral, OTC Derivatives and Product and Strategic Delivery teams.

- Deep Understanding of Collateral, OTC Derivatives products. Proficient understanding of other IB operations domains viz, Securities Operations, FX, Static data, Prime Brokerage operations etc.

- Excellent Communication skills ,effective stakeholder management, partnership and collaboration with the Global function, regional partners, and leadership to drive the functional and regional strategic and tactical objectives.

- Drive an ongoing product and service transformation and change agenda to implement relevant regulatory related changes and improve client service levels and processes helping establish the firm as a premier Institution.

- Ensure the development of product, technology and firm initiatives are documented and implemented.

- Proactively review event and market processing challenges to identify recurring themes
