Vice President - Investment Banking - Chemicals Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President to join our Investment Banking team in Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the chemicals sector and a proven track record of success in executing complex transactions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute investment banking strategies for clients in the chemicals sector, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings, and debt financings.

- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives at chemical companies, private equity firms, and other investors.

- Manage and oversee all aspects of transaction execution, from initial due diligence to closing.

- Work closely with other members of the Investment Banking team, including analysts, associates, and directors, to provide high-quality services to clients.
