Manager - Enterprise Sales
Educational Qualification: CA/ MBA (Finance)/ CFA
Experience: 8 years+; Prior experience in investment banking transactions including debt syndication, preleased assets, land, joint development/ joint ventures in real estate space.
Key Responsibilities:- Deal origination for the various funds managed by the company. Representing the Fund's interest with financial institutions, wealth managers and co-investors.
- Lead in funds syndication, joint ventures and joint development.
- Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for JVs, mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
- Develop recommendations for product offerings for the fund and lead new fund set up,
- Under private equity/ private placement transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.
- Develop relationships with large listed developers, intermediaries, and land owners.
- Develop relationships with banks, FI, FII, FPIs, NBFC, Family Offices, HNIs, P E Funds, WMS etc. and other capital providers.
- Prepare pitch books, reports, models and forecasts for the transactions.
- Perform due diligence, strategic research, analysis, and documentation with regards to live transactions.
- Develop a strong connection with the real estate market in key cities so that market intelligence can be gathered on a first-to-know basis.
Relevant Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Strong financial modeling skills.
