Vice President - International Sales - Two Wheeler Segment

The incumbent should be a MBA from reputed institute with 17 years to 22 years of experience into International sales and marketing , Dealer Development, Distribution Management experience in two wheeler company. The incumbent should have worked in various regions like LATAM, AMENA, CIS , Europe etc.

Job Specs :

1. Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales target & expand Dealer/ Distributor Base/ customer base globally.

2. Leading, developing & driving growth strategies and plans to maximize market share in terms of Dealers, Distributors Network.

3. Hiring and developing of new channel partners & management of distribution network.

4. Handling demand forecasting & managing inventory, ensuring optimum inventory levels with channel partners to ensure timely deliveries to the customers & maintain viability of channel partner ROI.

5. Marketing spend management .

6. Getting required documents from Manufacturer for registration of products in overseas market.

7. Update customer feedbacks, suggestions & preferences for addition new features to existing range.

8. Suggesting on the new products addition.

9. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

10. Advising dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
