"VP International Sales and Marketing for specific regions"
Key Responsibilities:
Strategi:
- Lead the development and implementation of the sales and distribution strategy for specific regions of KGOC's International business including introduction of new channels and categories
- Achieve company topline sales objectives in assigned international markets
- Contribute towards determining the exports business strategy, meeting business targets as well as to shape the organization to meet the challenges & vision of the future.
- Develop long-term Sales plans in collaboration with the senior leadership
Financial:
- Develop long term and short-term sales budgets
- Set up robust collection mechanisms for collection of payments from customers
- Provide Suggestions towards NPD's & Pricings
Technical:
- Handle liasoning with cross-country strategic accounts as well as regulatory authorities
- Drive consumption and penetration thus contributing to the growth of all categories across regions
- Building up distribution network in existing market
- Drive expansion into new countries, channels and categories
- Oversee the conceptualizing and execution of Product Launch strategies for the assigned international markets
- Monitoring the New product Launches and keeping a check on pre & post launch numbers and initiating required corrections
- Drive market penetration within the current regions
- Drive the increase in revenue share of Kitchen, Cutting and Hardware product segments
- Oversee the sales operations process for specific regions and guide the team in generating insights that will facilitate the management in taking key decisions
- Regular monitoring of competition across all segments & categories and provide inputs from time to time to the management
- Provide strategic direction for Marketing in the International Markets, ensuring the alignment of Marketing strategy with the business unit strategy
People Management:
- Manage performance development, career aspiration and mobility of the team members as per the business needs of the international sales workforce
- Provide clear leadership and vision, inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence and mentor them as they develop new skills
Minimum Level of Education Required:
- MBA
- Area of Specialization
- Sales & Marketing
- Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required
- At least 20 - 25 years of overall experience with relevant experience of working in international sales and marketing
Exposure Required:
- Should have especially catered to South East Asia market amongst others
- Is desired to have worked in consumer goods industry segment
