Vice President (Global Sales) - EdTech/ IT Publishing We are executing a leadership role of SVP (Global Sales) with one of leading Education Technology Publishing company in Noida/ Mumbai / USA. The KRAs' would be : - Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with overall company goals. - Identifying new opportunities for selling products or services to new markets or customers. - Developing and executing sales plans that increase revenue while creating long-term relationships with clients. - Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's sales operations, including recruitment and training of new staff members and creating performance metrics for individual sales representatives. - Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals. - Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting. - Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction. The desirable would be : - Minimum 15 years sales experience in industry. - They can be based at Noida, Mumbai or USA. - Must have experience in leading large teams across geographies scaling from 0-1 and 1-10. - Should have managed the Sales & Operations team of 50+. - Preferably need a person from Digital Consulting and Performance Consulting background who has handled P&L, growth and Sales from IT Solutions Organizations, Technology Consulting Companies like HCL Technologies, Capgemini Strategy, Infosys Consulting etc. - The candidate is preferred have managed performance consulting roles.
