Vice President - Internal Audit - FMCG

We are looking for Head - Internal Audit for one of the Fortune 500 Company and Best company to work for in India.

Title : VP - Internal Audit

Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : Group CFO

- The incumbent will take the lead and be responsible for the delivery of all internal audit work across a wide range of business areas, risk and control activities, including but not limited to developing the annual audit plan (performing audit risk assessments and identifying key risk areas and review periods) and developing and implementing the internal audit strategy, operations and plans, in accordance with Audit standards and methodology.

- He/she will monitor and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control and risk management system of the Company, including compliance with laws, rules and regulations, adequacy and reliability of IT systems and corporate governance.

- He/she will develop a clear understanding of the operations (including any outsourced activities),financial reporting and compliance processes and activities of the Company. He/she will regularly communicate with business line management to discuss the status of business changes.

- The incumbent will conduct and/or oversee internal audits on processes, procedures and organizational structure (as well as any reviews or tasks requested by the Audit Committee, top management and regulators, including requests for supporting investigations into matters of fraud, probity and compliance), while remaining independent of operational management functions.

- He will guide and supervise the Internal Audit Team and review their audit papers and work.
