Reporting to the CFO, this position is responsible for designing, developing and implementing internal audit plans, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with identified strategic goals and objectives, operating standards and applicable laws. The Vice President manages a team that performs audits of control protocols around financial transactions and processes. In addition, he/she also provides internal consulting to assist management and governance with improving business process efficiency and effectiveness in assessing and managing company-wide risks.  Job Description  Strategic  - Develops, implements and executes against the vision, mission and objectives of the company and function.
