Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage the Inside sales teams
- Be a strategic and operational leader
- Drive consistent quarterly revenues across a region by maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities resulting in consistent revenue achievement
- Hire, Inspect, Coach, Develop, Mentor, and Drive successful inside sales executives
- Inspire your inside sales team to be creative, driven, and successful
- Be a role model for your inside sales team by involving yourself in key opportunities
- Ensure a high level of customer and partner satisfaction
- Be an example and leader in Sales Operational Excellence
- Represent the Company brand in traditional areas as well as in new, high growth areas
Required Skills :
- Successful quarterly and annual revenue performance in cloud based solutions
- Build a qualified, high-quality Pipeline of opportunities
- Attract, lead, develop, and retain high performing team members
Required Experience :
- 13 plus years of experience in SaaS and cloud based solution sales. Must have sold into the US market Last 5 years- experience leading inside sales teams across geographies.
- Demonstrable sales and sales leadership experience and proven track record
- Experience in SaaS / Cloud solution selling is desirable
- Must be an excellent oral and written communicator
- Experience to build, develop and maintain a highly effective sales team
- Experience with direct and indirect sales models
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
- Autonomous, strong communication skills, strong leader, influential
