We are retained for executing a search for a VP - Inside Sales Role for an EdTech major based in Delhi/NCR
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive inside sales strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the inside sales team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance inside sales team, ensuring individual and collective success.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development initiatives.
Sales Planning and Execution:
- Drive the development and execution of sales plans, optimizing processes to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product positioning and messaging with market needs.
Qualifications:
- 15- 20 Years of Experience in Sales
- Experience of handling large workforce
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Decision Making Ability
