About Role:

1. Build a continuous pipeline of Innovation projects focused on each Business Priorities. Proactively engage with Start up and Partner ecosystem and OEMs to identify, evaluate, get business traction to run Pilots / POCs to expedite go / no go decisions.

2. Support Businesses in implementation / rollout. To help wrt developing Business Case,resolve any project road blocks and realization of benefits. Work with IT teams in Business and Group to facilitate issues like adoption, integration, security, knowledge transfer and Contracts.

3. Work with every Business to identify Step Change Opportunities thru Innovation. Drive culture of Systematic Innovation thru formal approaches / Workshops (RWW, Job flow etc). Drive knowledge transfer from internal and External examples to tap low hanging / quick wins.

4. Play Catalyst role for adoption of Customer facing esp. Business Model Disruptive

Innovations e.g. Mobile Wallets. Actively work with Business and Corporate Teams e.g. Corp Strategy - to be the GO TO person on underlying Technologies like Internet of Things or Cyber Security.
