The position is responsible for the overall leadership of the Global IT Delivery, delivering the business objectives and providing an overall strategic direction to IGT Information Technology Business. He / She will be part of IGT's leadership team.   Essential Experience:  - 12 -18 years of experience in travel technology at leadership levels  - 4 - 5 years International exposure specifically US or UK Environment  - Travel Technology Experience at leadership levels   - Deep knowledge of Delivery, Sales and Account Management  - Should have deep knowledge and understanding of the Travel technology market, Competition & Market trends in IT   - Should have deep understanding of P&L Management, Revenue Management, Global Pricing /Costing & Budgets   - Must have led a 1500- 2000 people IT organization in the past spread across multiple accounts and geographies  Role Challenges:  - Multiple Locations, Multiple Customers, Multiple Geographies to lead  - Ability to handle multi-disciplinary disciplines-cross functional alignment to deliver to the customer  - Negotiation Capabilities  - Branding IGT's Services and CoE- s  Personal Style Enablers:   - Ability to motivate and inspire teams  - Diligence in following through Operational Parameters  - Innovative and able to foresee market conditions  - Build and sustain relationships with key people in the Customer Environment  - Extrovert with a sales mind set  - Good understanding of technology - Java/J2EE, Mobile, Testing, Architecture, Big Data  Primary Job Responsibilities:  - Build and Maintain Global Alliances and partnership with Industry Relationships   - Provide strategic support to the shareholders on Business Plan Review/ implementation   - Accomplish the organization's goals and objectives  - Prepare medium-term plan, annual budgets and activity plan consistent with the agreed strategies  - Deliver as per the standards of quality, schedule and against cost parameters to multiple clients in multiple geographies  - Manage client expectations, participate in steering committee review meetings  - Manage complex delivery engagements spread across multiple geographies  - Enhance technical and business competencies in the IT organization  - Collaborate with Sales/Account Management teams to grow the business  - Manage P/L for the IT organization   Education:   - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is desired. An advanced technical degree or an M.B.A preferred  Other :   - International travel required   - The ability to obtain and retain a US visa is required
