In this role, you will :
- Manage and develop team activities related to the maintenance of complete and accurate records of payroll information
- Engage and influence standards for practices and procedures of financial controls related to payroll activities
- Identify opportunities for operating procedures with Regulatory and Compliance guidelines to substantiate audits
- Determine appropriate strategy on payroll team to minimize legal consequences and impact operations
- Coach resolution approach to organizational objectives
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
- Lead team to achieve business objectives
- Interact with internal and external customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Payroll
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
