Role. VP- Finance ( India Finance Team)

Job Location - Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities -

This role is expected to drive the financial controllership function for office in Gurgaon. The role requires extensive engagement with the Board, Internal teams & external stakeholders and well demonstrated communication and presentation skills; along with the capability to independently deal with and resolve issues with appropriate escalation. Broadly this role will have the following responsibilities:

- Perform Legal entity controller responsibilities.

- Regular activities which form part of ongoing monitoring and control monthly financial review of entity balances, board reporting, attestation of all LE owned balances etc.

- Engagement with statutory and internal auditors

- Oversight of Company Secretarial related matters including periodic updates to be submitted to legal entity board.

- Finance Functional Ownership for signing off on Compliance with firms Financial Control Framework, Policies and Standards.

- Approvals related to new services being rendered from the Company and its impact analysis.

- Ensuring a complete, timely and high quality output delivery

- Developing a strong risk and control framework across each of the functional areas

- Demonstrate innovation with focus to improve process enhance efficiencies and add value, ensuring quality consciousness in all aspects of the team

- Responsible for driving automation including change management

- Maintaining a strong cultural foundation, and control environment

- Stakeholder management in a matrix management structure
