Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection:
- Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategy to hire right talent at right time
- Monitoring Recruitment for all the Position through Job Portals, Recruiting from Consultants & Referral Policy
- Maintaining Total Manpower MIS & Manpower Cost budget
Compensation & Benefits:
- Responsible for Payroll Cycle, Attendance, Leave management
- Implement ERP system & design payroll process for a smooth ongoing of Payroll
Performance Management System:
- Managing the Performance Appraisal
- Designing KRAs & KPAs to set the performance standard of the employees.
- Managing annual appraisal system & Increment process.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping to resolve work related problems.
- Negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the workers and maintaining a disciplined & harmonious working environment across all employee & worker levels.
- Modifying & implementing various compensation plans, reward & recognition schemes, HR policies and communicating them across the organization at all levels.
Payroll Management:
- Responsible end to end payroll, timely payments, adhering to SLAs, HR Policies, Employee Taxation, Reimbursements,
- Responsible for Quarterly, Annually Variable payments, Monthly Sales Incentives payments, statutory compliances
- Managing audits reports to top management, Budget, Variance & MIS Reports to management on the annual Budget Cost.
