Vice President - Human Resources - Startup - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI/FMS

- Looking for a VP HR for a well funded startup based at Bangalore. Candidates with full-time MBA from IIM/IIT/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI/FMS are preferred

- The candidate needs to have 12-15 years of experience with at least 5+ years of experience in leadership role.

- Candidates coming from Internet and Product based startups are required. Looking for someone who's scaled Technology teams across India and South East Asia - This is MANDATORY.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for HR Strategy

- Lead the HR efforts for the organization

- Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding till exit

- Set up the performance management process from scratch

- Lead and manage a team of HRBP's

- Lead HR analytics, HR Systems and HR Data governance

- Lead the training and development efforts for the organisation and a lot more.
