Vice President - Human Resources - Services/Engineering Industry

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the HR (8000+ headcount, Pan India)

Will be leading a team of Sr.Managers & Managers

Will be responsible for handling the entire gamut of HR from hire to retire.

- Recruitment

- Talent Management (Succession Planning, Career Planning, Hi-Potential Development)

- Talent Engagement

- Talent Development (TNA, Training calendar, Review, Leadership Development)

- Talent Engagement

- Will be responsible for defining interventions as per the business needs.

Looking at:

- 18+ years of experience in HR and the last few years from Services / Engineering industry background

- Excellent communication, team handling and stakeholder management skills

- Full time MBA from reputed universities
