Seeking to hire an experienced HR leader from an Information Technology or similar industry background to drive the conceptualization & implementation of organization-wide HR Strategy, to form a solid Organization Design and its sturdy implementation and monitoring.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- At least 15 years of experience in various functions of HR with min. 10 years in leading a team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the integration of strategic HR initiatives and develop strategic HR plans and policies
- Connect HR Shared Services with HRBP, L&D, HR Ops and TA for seamless operation.
- Manage Performance Management, Career Development, Succession Planning for key roles
- Conceptualization, design, implementation & governance of Organization Design
- Focused internal communication, employee experience and wellness to lead effective employee relations.
- Ensuring that the company's policies and actions focus the cause of diversity & inclusion in the respective geographies
- Revise processes in line with the company's strategic goals to ensure maximum efficiency.
