The VP- HR will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
The VP- HR will be providing strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team.
- Translate and align organizational mission, vision, strategy and goals into departmental as well as individual work portfolio
- Oversees the development and implementation of a company-wide performance appraisal program and provides advice and recommendations to the leadership team
- Analyse the progress of team members as per their KPIs in consultation with management
- Create and implement strategies focused on developing and retaining high-performing employees
- Designing employee training programs, building succession plans and crafting an internal promotion process
- Develop and implement orientation program for general and functional induction of new joinees into the organization
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Lead business transformation activities by networking with the key leaders of the organization
- Playing a lead role in instilling the core philosophy and values of the organization among
- Provide leadership support to HR team engaged with general HR functions such as organizational design, recruitment, payroll, compensation and rewards administration, regulatory compliance etc.
