Our client is seeking an experienced HR candidate with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. Responsible for overseeing HR systems, employee relation, support employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing onboarding procedures, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms to create a high-performing work culture.
Responsibilities :
- Develop & implements human resource strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, competency modelling, staffing, compensation & benefits, training and development, career development, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention.
- Benchmark best industry practices and Implement total rewards pay structure.
- Responsible for driving and maintaining various processes facilitating employee engagement, motivation and communications.
- Grievance handling, counselling, establishment and maintenance of communication channels.
- Facilitate creation of a high-performance working environment that will attract and retain the, highest calibre of people.
- Drive and execute HR strategies to support and achieve employee relation activities
- Responsible for all employee communication & grievances management
- Actively benchmark all HR activities and adopt suitable initiatives based on industry trends
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and ensure that it is at expected levels
- Facilitate the driving of organization culture
- Facilitate (through multiple initiatives) and maintain high morale and teamwork resulting in high employee satisfaction.
- Dealing with issues of employee (in) discipline and maintaining employee relations resulting in fun-filled workplace amidst high-performance orientation.
- Ensure regular communication from Top Management.
- Conduct Employee Skips and report out and drive actions to closure
- Assist in Employee related documentation and filing of disciplinary cases with central filing team
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
Requirements :
- Must have a Master degree in Human Resources from a premier college.
- Must have 15-20 years of relevant experience
- Must have experience of implementing best practice HR solutions.
- Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be detail-oriented
