Roles and Responsibilities-
- Serving as the Head HR, responsible for HR systems and process efficiencies at the Corporate and for various businesses pan India.
- Managing HR strategy in line with business vision and growth projections.
- Providing strategic direction to the SBUs for workforce planning and effective matrix management across the country.
- Implementing Employee Development policies and OD initiatives.
- Strategizing acquisition and retention of talent, search assignments, campus hiring.
- Designing Career paths, succession planning and Leadership Development.
- Enhancing employee capability through L&D programs designed through timely TNI exercises.
- Establishing a robust appraisal system and driving the PMS across businesses.
- Engaging expert agencies for Future ready HR interventions & Employee Value Proposition.
- Coaching HODs on enabling performance culture and change management.
- Responsible for Harmonious Industrial relations and statutory compliance across establishments pan India.
