You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

What you will do:

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives

- Leading the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent

- Overseeing employee relations activities, ensuring a positive and productive work environment

- Developing and implementing performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity

- Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities

- Managing compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

- Providing leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

- Partnering with senior management to address organizational development needs and driving business success

- Serving as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all HR related matters

What you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on strategic HR management

- Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational growth and improve employee engagement

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in India

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems

- Strong business acumen and understanding of the link between HR and business objectives

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
