1. Develop a HR Plan which is specific to the need of each of the businesses aligned to their business need and deliver the same with help of HR resources in each company. Build alignment with respective CEOs and Functional Heads to define HR Agenda for the Company.
2. Drive Productivity and Cost Management agenda for the group - Develop Manpower plan for current & future requirement. Develop cost reduction and manpower utilization plan in coordination with Business Heads
3. Design recruitment plan for the businesses and ensure vacancy fill rate at requisite cost. Ensure recruitment metrics are in line with business expectations.
4. Establish HR systems and policies for each of the group company and ensure that these are in line with group policy / synergized with other group policies
5. Drive Performance in the organization by establishing clear roles & accountabilities. Ensure KPIs of each Individual is well defined and is aligned with business goals. Develop a transparent Performance Appraisal system
6. Drive Engagement within the organization by identifying key levers of engagement within the organization so as to ensure retention and commitment of the employees.
7. Ensure preparation of robust succession plan for senior management level and implementation of the same
8. Develop training & development needs of the organization drive capability building initiatives
9. Drive CSR agenda wherever applicable
10. To act as link between all departments of the organization and build synergy
11. Build a compliance culture by reviewing status of compliances and ensure 100% compliance as a way of operations on an ongoing basis.
