Responsibilities :
- Responsible for leading change management initiatives and HR transformation for the bank.
- Influence and engage leadership to drive HR agenda.
- Develop manpower plans to support bank's strategic objectives and create healthy talent pipeline.
- Develop and implement integrated performance management framework to achieve the strategic business goals.
- Responsible for implementing end to end human resources programs that promotes bank's cultural.

Candidates Must have :
- Minimum 15 years experience preferable from the premier HR school.
- Strong experience of both HRBP and OD.
