- Responsible for conceiving and executing Human Resource interventions in North & East Region.
- Responsible for managing and implementing the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives for the Zone
- Accountable for providing HR Business Partner support to Business Heads and employees on a daily basis.
- HR Strategy & Branding - Develop and implement the Human Resources Strategy in line with Company’s business plan.
- Devise and implement plans aiming in the building and enhancement of the HR brand.
- Developing the people strategy for the region, talent acquisition and retention, introducing a service culture, change management
