- Spearhead all facets of HR, i.e., operations, change management, succession planning
- Create a decisive impact from your team's work across the entire organization
- Develop and communicate strong employer brand
- Define successful recruiting strategies
- Create learning and development programs and initiatives
- Develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy
- Organize events, training, and benefits with your team
Requirements

- 10+ years in people management and recruiting, best in startups and corporates alike
- Proven leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of all HR functions
- Experience with multiple markets and intercultural teams
- You enjoy working with people, listening to their needs and solving their problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
- Well organized and structured work style
