Looking for a ideal candidate to lead the HR Function for a leading Medical Equipment Manufacturing Company based out of Ahmedabad. You will lead a team of 12 HR's part of the current HR Team. You will be reporting into the Founder & President.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Providing leadership to the human resource function and aligning it with the business.
2. Talent acquisition for international businesses, managing end to end talent management processes and compensation & benefit aspects for international businesses.
3. Ensuring effective onboarding and induction of the new joiners at all the locations of Biotech.
4. Talent acquisition for growth of business in India, manufacturing locations and corporate functions.
5. Anchoring the Business HR function to ensure Return on Investment in human capital for global businesses.
6. Leading the compensation & benefits and personnel function which involves payrolls for global entities, implementation of incentive schemes and managing employee lifecycle.
7. Budgeting and budgeting controls for HR function.
8. Overseeing the following sub-domains in HR
a. Culture, strategy, and communication
b. HR for manufacturing facilities in India and overseas locations
c. Digitization and digital transformation of HR function.
