Vice President Human Resource - FMCG / FMCD / Pharma / Auto / Retail with earlier experience in manufacturing

We are looking for a Vice President Human Resource with leading manufacturer (FMCG/Food).

Reporting to the CEO.

Will be responsible for end to end HR function - Talent acquisition, talent development, talent engagement, organization structure planning - organization development - complete life cycle management - setting excellent performance management systems & processes and most important the stakeholders management.

Preferred industry - from manufacturing / consumer facing.

Qualification - preferred premier B schools (Tier 1 & 2).
