JOB OBJECTIVES:

Promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs for the organisation.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

PLANNING:

- Set Human Resource Objective in Line with the Organization Objective.

- Development of Strategies by researching and indentifying HR issues.

- Analysis of Information to contribute to recommendations for strategic decision making.

Customer : 

- Establish the accountabilities of the function - Including Talent Acquisition, Staffing, employment Integration and on boarding, Compensation and Benefits management, Health and Welfare of employees, Training and Development, Record Management, Safety and health, Succession planning, employee relations and retention, Labour and statutory employment, HR related compliances.

- Support Management decision by Providing HR advice, counsel and decisions, analyzing information and applications.

Process : 

- Management of HR Processes - Induction orientation, record maintenance, coaching and counseling, discipline process, performance Management process and system, change management and adoption of systems and processes for optimization of the HR Processes.

- Update the Employee Policy processes, procedures in line with management objectives and also guide, communicate and implement in the right way to enforce the organization values.

Financial : 

- Develop HR Operational and Financial Strategies by Budgeting, Forecasting and anticipating the requirements by studying the trends and variations.

- Developing action Plan measuring and Analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, minimizing the impact of variance.

- Working on Special Project, by Identifying and detailing the issues and priorities, communicating and coordinating requirements, expediting fulfillment, evaluating the milestones, optional course of action, changing assumptions and accomplishing the results.

- Updates and adheres to the changes in the legal and statutory requirements, existing and new legislations, advising management on needed actions and implementing the change.

Learning / People : 

- Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

a. Leading, mentoring, training & monitoring the performance of team of HR function to achieve functional KRAs.

b. Create/sustain a collaborative & performance oriented environment while providing development opportunities to members.
