Job Description - My client is looking for a very strategic Vice President HR Business Partner who would be driving all the key strategic projects for the organization primarily for their Operations vertical piece

Our client is one of the globally leading financial services firms with a solid presence and a majority of market share across the world. They are looking to hire a VP HRBP for India to spearhead their business partnering activities of the organization for their Operations vertical.

Description :

Reporting into the Head HR, your responsibilities would include:

- Making and implementing strategies specifically with respect to key people management issues

- Ensuring highest levels of engagement in India as well as globally

- Striving towards continuous improvement in all HR policies and process with a benchmark to industry best practices

- Designing, formulating and enforcing new HR policies and improving the existing policies to match the industry Best Practices

- Driving HRBP metrics strongly within the region and acting as a key strategic partner

Profile :

- Comes with at least 8 years of experience in driving key projects across the entire spectrum of HR

- Should come with excellent interpersonal skills

- Highly energetic, proactive and aggressive

- Should be able to drive projects to closure

- Candidates coming from KPO/KSI/ Financial Services industry would be preferred
