- Candidate should have good experience into HR Transformation, HR Analytics, HR Digitization & HR Technology.

- Handled new age technologies related to HR.

- Should have experience in Implementing various HR functions ( Talent management, Compensation Management etc...)

- Hands on experience in areas like Business Partnering, Talent Management & Development, HR Technology and Process Automation & Analytics.

- Study global best practices & innovations in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Experience space and work with Industry experts / consultants.

- Study global best practices & innovations in the HR Technology space and continuously research the Digital HR / HR Technology market place for niche solutions.
