Qualification : B Tech + Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety + NEBOSH IGC

Years of Experience : 15-20

Industry Experience : Power Plants / Oil & Gas

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Ensure Implementation of the Company HSE Policy across all businesses.

- To define Organizational Targets and Objectives in consultation with Top Management.

- Assist and advise Project management teams to drive implementation of the HSE Plan.

- Selection of HSE resources and deploying them on the Project Site as per requirement.

- Provide Solutions and Guidance on HSE-related matters to teams.

- Monitoring of HSE KPI and reporting to management.

- Improve HSE culture in the organization and work closely with the Group HSE
