- As a key member of the HR team, this role is responsible for delivering relevant HR strategy for the business through the provision of strategic HR consulting services and support on a range of HR activities and programs that will support the business strategy and ensure business success
About the role :
- Develop business plans as required for specific HR interventions
- Manage HR activity ensuring costs are within budget
- Influence the professional management of indirect HR costs (e.g. turnover, leave liability)
- Minimize high cost of risks eg - off-shoring, exits, etc
- Partner with the business through the provision and leadership of strategic, business-focused HR consulting support including coaching, leadership and team development, and change management
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction with the delivery of the entire HR service proposition
- Strengthen operational HR performance to include business productivity
- Represent HR at Steering Committees and deliver HR aspects of top priority projects
- Develop and implement HR interventions aligned to business and HR strategy, designed to drive long-term performance, including effective organisational design, talent and succession management, transformation, engagement, change management, reward and recognition, and leadership coaching and development
- Manage employee relations, health and safety and Work effectively with HR Professional, Divisional learning /remuneration specialist to implement tailored solutions that will deliver capability growth to the business
- Implement Group/Divisional people initiatives across the - hire to retire- life cycle
- Ensure core HR policies, processes and practices are clearly communicated and consistently applied throughout the business
- Drive a culture of out performance across the business, focused around the values
- Coach and develop senior business leaders
- Support the organisational diversity and succession planning agenda
- Build leadership capability
- Alignment and adherence with Group governance policies, processes and standards and with external regulatory requirements.
- Manage risks through HR processes
About You :
- An experienced Human Resources professional, tertiary qualified and with a minimum of 10-15 years experience.
- Skilled and effective change agent, business acumen
- Strong skills in collaboration and influencing at senior management
Candidate should be from Product Companies with Pedigree institutes background.
