Job Description - As a leader in the HR transformation team, you work with the business and CoEs to drive change management, organisation development initiatives across the global organisation.

Description:

- Drive large scale HR transformation projects for the organization across change management, organization development, talent management, workforce planning, HR operations.

- Lead project work streams from planning to implementation.

- Be able to influence stakeholders to gain support for any change initiatives / decisions.

- Identify, effectively manage and mitigate any risks and issues.

Profile:

- You will have at least 12 years of experience post MBA from a reputed institute.

- Experience working with leading IT / Consulting firms, driving large scale projects across the organization.

- Strong leadership skills and executive presence.

- Ability to be collaborative, flexible and creative.
