Vice President - HR Shared Services - IT/ITeS/BPO

We are looking for- VP HR Shared Services for a client with a global presence based at Gurgaon.

Location : Gurgaon

Salary : Industry Standard

Education& Exp : Graduate/PG with Min 13+ yrs exp

Position Reports to : Managing Director

Desired Industry Exposure : IT / ITes / BPO / Educational Services

Shift Timings : UK Shift 5 days working

Role Description:

We are looking for an individual who has experience and exposure of working in HR Systems, has done Shared Services work in an existing role. Should have worked on HR platforms and has knowledge of automation tools in the HR processes. Individual will be expected to travel to sites and identify HR activities that can be outsourced to India and can be managed by the Shared Services team here. Should have core HR Knowledge.

Role will require extensive travel. Preferable if individual has a valid passport with a valid UK/US Visa.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for partnering with Client Teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of HR Operation activities like Payroll and associated tasks such as compliance with tax and regulatory rules, tax payments and filings, regulatory reporting, etc.

- Responsible for oversight of team compliance with Internal Controls, Information Security Requirements, etc.

- Drive transformation to improve processing, implementation of best practices, standardize processes, etc

- Accountable for the success, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of HR Operation Activities related to Ventures and Acquisitions

- Partner with business functions to ensure local systems and processes can support related requirements such as equity, benefit, HR, cross-border assignment, and other functions

- Partner with IT/CIO to drive required technology changes

- Support local Payroll teams with Vendor system changes, upgrades, etc.

- Responsible for coordinating global and local HR OPs Teams.
