Job Description :
- Provide leadership to HR On-boarding, Query and other services to the managers and employees in India.
- Provide know how and transactional support for human resources processes including new hires, leavers, leave of absence, transfers and probation and employment verification.
- Ensure comprehensive and timely responses to enquiries from employees and managers, in accordance with service level agreements
- Escalate issues as appropriate
- Support audit requirements - both internal and external
- Participate in the maker check process and provide cross functional support to other functions within HRSS as and when needed
- Building strong relationship with internal stakeholders including managers and colleagues within the wider shared services team and the wider HR department
- Participate in periodic simplify and improve projects.
