We have an urgent opening for HR Operation.

Skills:

Strong HR operations background with good global MNC. Preferably shared services.

Only Male candidates preferred.

End to end employee life cycle, Headcount reporting, payroll, HR tools & Security.

Should have experience for working on Global process & setting up new HR tools & People processes.

Preferred Financial shared services industries with team size, like 700 - 1000 FTEs employee strength.

The process they are involved are not always automated and would have had opportunities to do things manually as well.

This opening is for global captive in insurance industry company.
