VP- HR Operations

Role Objective :

This role leads HR operations for the talent acquisition team, helping it run more efficiently, and oversees logistics like interview scheduling, offer processing, and onboarding. In other words, recruitment operations maximizes the Bank's ability to hire quickly, reduce costs, and ensure resources are used effectively.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Gather requirements from the Hiring Managers through Taleo system.

- Review requirements and action a sourcing plan

- Support Sourcing of candidates from various sources such as LinkedIn, Facebook and job portals

- Co-ordinate and collate internal referrals and IJPs (internal job postings)

- Support interview scheduling

- Arrange walk-ins and coordinate with Technical Panel.

- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.

- Meet the numbers as per the target set by the reporting manager

- Co-ordinate and release salary offers for selected candidates

- Organize Reference Checks, Background Verification, Medical etc.

- Support onboarding of new joinees

- Conduct Joining Formalities, Induction Training , HR Policy session for the new joinees and briefing them about the Organisation
