Job Role:

We are looking for VP - HR Business Partnering role to be based at Navi Mumbai with an Indian ITES MNC with over 12 years of HR exposure. The person would be responsible to work closely with the stakeholders to design and implement people strategy, to analyze data & advice for HR Policies and Practices, review Training and development needs, to manage the Talent Engagement, PMS, C&B and manage a team of HRs.

Desired Skills and Expertise:

- Must be 2 years full time MBA - HR from Premier institute with over 12 years of experience in HRBP role.

- Preferred to have HR exposure in ITES industry.

- Know- how of functioning of all HR departments which HRBP may interface - OD, C&B, and HR operations

- Ability to lead, direct, and work on a variety of projects simultaneously.

- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

- Ability to interview and assess appropriate potential hires.

- Exposure to HRMS implementation and usage.

- Proficient in office computer software/systems (MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
