They have a captive set up in India and are seeking a senior professional for a VP - HR BP role. This is a leadership role requiring the suitable individual to work with a high level of autonomy and independence, while managing the India team.

Candidate Profile:
- Professional qualification in a field related to HR is preferred
- Candidates with good pedigree will be given preference
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- At least 15+ years of experience, capable of taking quick decisions when required
- Mature and balanced individual with high level of drive and energy
Functional Competency:
- Exposure to Banking or Finance function is a must
- Must have Finance experience
- Understands own function within group and industry context, articulates priorities, frames the right strategic questions and adapts short term plans as business priorities
- Critical thinking ability to support business related decisions, ability to challenge status quo and drive progressive change improvement
