Job Title: Vice President, HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner)

Location: Pune

Job Summary: The Vice President, HRBP will play a critical role in aligning human resources strategies with the organization's business objectives. This position will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership in Pune, ensuring the implementation of HR initiatives that drive business success. The VP HRBP will lead a team of HR professionals, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and align HR strategies accordingly.

- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support the overall organizational strategy.

- Provide guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Employee Relations:

- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations as necessary.

- Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.

- Provide guidance on performance management and employee development.

Total Rewards:

- Lead the design and implementation of competitive and innovative compensation and benefits programs.

- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

HR Operations:

- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, and other HR processes.

- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Compliance:

- Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations in Pune and ensure compliance in all HR practices.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as a VP HRBP.

- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Pune.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
