Our Client is the capability centre for a Global Leader
- Your role would provide strategic leadership and support to a critical commercial population. You would drive and deliver the strategic HR agenda in a remit that includes change management, organisational design and development, talent management and workforce planning as you ensure the effectiveness of the capability centres talent across functions
- We are looking for an HR leader with experience in business partnering a a global matrixed technology organisation. While this role will manage multiple HR Business Partners, it will require exceptional ability to influence and coach business leaders cross-functionally while working collaboratively with the wider HR expertise functions to deliver the people strategy.
- You will be a strong change leader driving critical change projects that have a significant impact on business performance.
- You will also have strong project management and coaching skills to help leaders develop theirs and their teams' capability.
- You will champion employee engagement and diversity and ensure that the talent strategy is focused on both current needs and the long-term performance of the firm.
