Vice President - Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
This role will see you partner with stakeholders in Gurugram. Utilize your deep technical expertise in HR to:
- Work with the Gurgram HR Head, the broader BU aligned HR team and aligned COE teams to deliver human resources strategy across the business group you support.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in your BU to enable delivery of HR advice and services;
- Partner with business stakeholders and Talent to develop strategies and implement frameworks to engage, develop and retain high potential performers;
- work closely with the Reward teams to manage the delivery of the year-end remuneration process;
- Partner with Employee Relations to drive a strong performance management culture;
- Design and drive the execution of diversity and inclusion strategies within the business tailored to division and region;
- Work closely with Recruitment and Mobility to manage the hire and movement of executives, to support the broader resourcing strategy within the business; and
- Contribute to the Gururgam HR regional agenda as needed
This role is at Vice President Level and is based in Gururgam.
About you
You will be driven, self-motivated and able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and pro-actively take ownership and management of issues/projects. Your successful track record in a generalist HR role will be in financial services or an entrepreneurial, high growth, international business and ideally with coverage across global or multi-regional lines. You will also have:
- A delivery focused style, excellent judgement and be pragmatic;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability and personal credibility to influence senior management across the business coupled with the desire to act as a business enabler;
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse stakeholder group;
- Degree-level education, with business or other relevant tertiary/professional qualifications
- Well-developed analytical skills and numeracy.
This role will suit someone seeking to take on accountability for a diverse range of HR activities with some strategic components while remaining actively engaged in the day-to-day delivery of HR services to business leaders and teams.
