VP Human Resources Business Partner
The responsibilities will include but not limited to, the following:
a. Supporting Sales and Distribution by driving people agenda, strategic projects, and other initiatives
b. Designing org structure and driving initiatives to raise productivity and control attrition
c. To further, strengthen and enhance business productivity by introducing new HR Projects, programs, and Processes. Be actively involved in the review process with Business and the Global Consulting Agency to identify focus areas of HR interventions, business imperatives and strategies leading to restructuring, for enhanced productivity, performance, efficiency, and engagement
d. Proactively collaborate with the leadership team and senior stakeholders by responding with effective solutions to complex queries and escalations
e. Work with the Zonal HR Teams to drive agenda for the assigned business lines.
Exposure to Project Management is desirable. Furthermore, one must be adept in HR Analytics, publishing Dashboards and generating Reports. One is also expected to be well conversant with Excel and Presentations and should possess a sharp mind to solve complex problems.
